Designed specifically for the Nintendo DS, Spore Hero Arena has you designing custom creatures and pitting them against rivals from other planets. As you battle enemies within special combat arenas, each viewed from an isometric perspective, you will earn new parts, upgrades, and abilities to enhance your character's fighting prowess. Your primary goal is to defeat each planet's champion, but before you can do so, you'll need to acquire parts to your spaceship and engage in multiple challenges to evolve your character. Mini-games are included on each planet, and there are different objectives you'll experience while in the arena, from "Capture the Egg" to "Epic Creature Survival." Spore Hero Arena also includes online wireless support for competition against up to three friends.
